This policy applies to basementwaterproofingdaytonoh.com, run as Basement Waterproofing Dayton OH, a free referral and advertising service for homeowners in Dayton, OH and five nearby Montgomery County cities. It describes which personal details the site collects, what they are used for and who receives them. It has applied since October 11, 2026.
When you send a request, the form takes your name, a way to reach you, the property's town or address and a brief description of the basement. The site uses them for two jobs: forwarding your contact request to one independent local contractor, and replying when you write through the contact form.
No request is shared with more than one contractor. The services that host the site and carry its messages see the data only as far as they need to keep running. The site does not sell, rent or trade personal information, and it releases it otherwise only when a court order, subpoena or other legal process requires it.
Each form request is kept with the site's hosting provider just long enough to reach one contractor, and after 90 days it is deleted.
Like most web servers, the one behind this site keeps routine logs, such as browser type, pages visited and the page that sent you here. No cookie is required to use the site.
Once the contractor contacts you, what you tell it falls under that company's privacy practices, not by this page. Children under 13 are not the audience here, and the site does not knowingly collect their information. If you want to see, fix or erase the details the site keeps on you, write through the contact form. Updated versions of this policy will appear here, dated. Ohio law governs this policy.
